The Astley is a 14-storey development providing 135 private rented apartments at the corner of Port Street and Great Ancoats Street, Manchester. The name of the development comes from the Astley Arms public house which was located on the site in the early 1800s. The apartments range from 430 sq ft one-bedroom apartments through to 900 sq ft three-bedroom apartments with the ground floor including a reception area and a residential lounge, as well as 6,000 sq ft of commercial space.
