ALUPROF systems offer panel doors based on the MB-86 system. This design offers a visually attractive and technologically advanced product for todays main entrance requirements. These panel doors are equal at home used in commercial or residential applications.

Aluminium panel doors are or created for the most demanding users. With the bespoke design choices offered by panel doors main entrances can be designed as a feature product in both home and commercial premises.

Solid construction

The construction is based on the MB-86 system of thermally insulated aluminium, which is the most technologically advanced door system in ALUPROF’s portfolio . The leaf profile is adapted to join with special door fills , flush with the door frame on the outside face. Panels can be mounted to load-bearing profiles by gluing one or both sides. The possibility of specifying concealed hinges, offers an additional aesthetic value.

Modern and stylish, with enhanced life expectancy

The door panels are available in a wide range of designs and colours. Options to produce different shapes, making decorative applications and putting in glass units provide an endless number of combinations and variants. These doors can be used in modern houses as well as in classical style architecture. They always offer a beautiful entrance to a building which attracts attention and brings a design element to the entrance facade. Door panels are made of solid and weather-resistant materials. In addition, the external surfaces are often coated with special lacquers or their surface contains epoxy resins, so the panels maintain their representative appearance for a lifetime. It is also possible to apply unique Teflon paints such as Finea to minimise weathering residue.

Weather tightness and thermal insulation

As the load-bearing structure consists of the MB-86 system, there are four construction variants which are, ST, SI, SI+ and AERO, with a further three threshold sealing combinations. Doors can offer a high water and air-tightness together with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation power. This combination provides a real correlation between comfort inside the building and justifies its initial investment.
