Panel doorsare a solution for the most demanding users, to whom a door means not only convenience and durability but is also a matter of pride and aesthetic pleasure.
Solid construction
Paneldoor uses thermally insulated aluminium profiles MB-70, MB-86 and MB-104 Passive which are the most technologically advanced door systems offered by Aluprof to date. Leaf profile can be combined with special infills, aligned with the surface of the frame. They can be fixed to supporting profiles on one or both sides by bonding. The possibility of using invisible hinges additionally increases the aesthetic appeal of the door.
Modernity, style and excellent long-lasting appearance
Infill panels are available in various designs and colours. The milling techniques used in the production of panel doors offer various shapes, decorative applications, and the use of double-glazing units give countless combinations and variants. Thanks to this, doors can be used in modern homes or be a part of traditional structures. Aesthetically appealing and remarkable panel doors always adds charm to the front building façade. Door infills are made of durable and weather-resistant materials. External elements are often additionally coated with layers of special varnishes or contain epoxy resins, to make the panels preserve their representative appearance for a long time. There is also a possibility of using unique Finea Teflon paints, which minimize the adhesion of dirt.
Integrity and Insulation
With the supporting structure made of MB-70, MB-86 and MB-104 Passive systems, we have lightweight, yet rigid and strong aluminium profiles available in four design variants (ST, SI, SI+ and AERO) and three bottom sealing combinations. The door provides excellent thermal efficiency, noise insulation, water and air tightness. This has a real impact on both the comfort and the operation cost of buildings.

TILT&SLIDE WINDOW SYSTEM OPENING OUTWARDS MB-SR50N OW
MB-SR50N OW is based on thermally-broken aluminium profiles and allows to fabricate large-size &high-performance windows.
It has been designed in two glazing options:
1. standard glazing with an external strip to fix the glazing and emphasize the outline of the window
2. as a frameless construction that uses structural silicone to bond the outer pane to the aluminium frame – opening windows are in no way different from the adjacent fixed areas.
In order to attain the highest thermal and sound insulation performance, the latest technical solutions in thermal breaks and glazing gaskets have been introduced. Furthermore, a very efficient ventilation and drainage system ensures a long-lasting and failure-free operation of the window.
Max dimensions and weight of MB-SR50N OW constructions:
• bottom hung: L up to 2000 mm, H up to 2630 mm, max. weight: 180 kg
• parallel outward-opening: L up to 2000 mm, H up to 3000 mm, max. weight: 440kg
• side-opening version: L up to 970 mm, H up to 2000 mm, max. weight: 47 kg
• Those windows can use 28-64 mm thick glazing units. Bottom hung constructions fitted with suitable drivescan also be used as smoke exhaust windows

Façade systems MB-SR50N
This system allows for producing lightweight curtain walls, flat, of hung & infilled types, but also roofs, skylights and other structures.
MB-SR50N’s characteristic features also include a large range of mullion profiles (65 mm – 325 mm) and transoms profiles (5 mm – 189.5 mm), as well as modern solutions for accessories and fasteners. They allow for increased load transfer ranges – the infill of the fixed façade module can weigh up to 1100 kg. MB-SR50N gives considerable freedom in designing façade fixing points, and the many glazing options enable the use of large-size glass and triple glazing units.
The use of a continuous HPVC thermal break and profiled EPDM glazing gaskets allows to reach an appropriate thermal insulation class and reduces to a minimum the phenomenon of water vapour condensation on aluminium elements.

Façade-integrated window system opening inwards MB-SR50N IW
MB-SR50N IW’s advantage is its ability to use inward openable windows integrated with mullion and transom profiles. When seen from the outside, the area of the façade with a tilt-and-turn window does not differ from the neighbouring areas with fixed glazing. The advantage of this solution is its diversity –there are 3 types of MB-SR50N IW façade variants: standard, with a flat strip and EFEKT. MB-SR50N IW windows can accommodate to 64 mm-thick infills.

Partition walling system MB-80 Office
MB-80 Office is an internal partition walling system with double glazing. It has been designed to fabricate internal partitions in offices and other public facilities.
The system enables the use of different types of infills, transparent or obscure, with internal louvers and electrical components and office equipment. These partitions are especially suitable in buildings where a high sound insulation is required. The basic feature of this construction is its versatility in arranging office space, combined with the simplicity of execution of all the works on-site.

External barriers MB-GLASS BARRIER
MB-GLASS BARRIER external barriers are used in French windows (large glazed doors, typically opening on to a garden or balcony) to prevent from falling. Aluprof’s product library includes fire-rated silicone jointed glazed walls based on MB-78EI system. It allows to produce internal partitions without the visible vertical wall profiles that separate the individual modules of the wall, while preserving its full fire resistance. The joint between the glass panes is only 4 mm and is filled with firestop, intumescent material and non-inflammable silicone. The silicone is available in three colours (black, grey and white). Fire-rated partitions can reach a height of 3.6 m and the width of the modules can reach up to 1.8 m. Fire tests carried out at the Building Research Institute included a model of the partition with the “free edge”, so there is no limit to the maximum length of this type of walls.

MB-86US is intended for producing various types of highly resistant windows, balcony doors, anterooms, shop fronts and spatial structures that have excellent water &air tightness and thermal &noise insulation properties.
A characteristic feature of this structure is its appearance: the profile of the casement is concealed behind the frame profile and the glass surfaces mounted in open and fixed ranges lie in one plane. Thanks to this, openable and fixed lits look the same on the outside.
The structural depth of window profiles is 77 mm (frame) and 80.8 mm (casement). When viewed from the outside, the width of the window frames is small, so that the glazing area and the amount of light entering through them is maximally enlarged, and the construction appears to be slender and lightweight. SKT OPOTERM-based roller shutters are intended for both newly constructed and refurbished buildings (replacement of windows). This on-window mounted system has its box direct installed on the window frame by means of an appropriate profile. These profiles are compatible with the majority of window and door frame profiles (aluminium, wooden & PVC). Boxes are made of high-quality PVC components and are characterised by an increased thermal insulation. Aluprof’s SKT Opoterm top-mounted roller shutter system has received a thermal transmittance certificate from renowned research centre IFT Rosenheim. The roller-boxes were tested using EPS (Neopor, thermal insulation material) and the tests were based on current standards and calculation methods. MPH DUAL is a pleated insect screen system, which belong to the HARMONY family. The system has been designed as a two-wing variant with the possibility of making a corner insect screen without a post. Due to this solution, the product can be used on standard terrace doors, whose dimensions reach up to 6m wide and 2.7m high, as well as on increasingly popular HS type corner sliding doors. Window systems with concealed casement MB-86US
MB-86US is intended for producing various types of highly resistant windows, balcony doors, anterooms, shop fronts and spatial structures that have excellent water &air tightness and thermal &noise insulation properties.
A characteristic feature of this structure is its appearance: the profile of the casement is concealed behind the frame profile and the glass surfaces mounted in open and fixed ranges lie in one plane. Thanks to this, openable and fixed lits look the same on the outside.
The structural depth of window profiles is 77 mm (frame) and 80.8 mm (casement). When viewed from the outside, the width of the window frames is small, so that the glazing area and the amount of light entering through them is maximally enlarged, and the construction appears to be slender and lightweight. Glazing thickness options range from 7 – 52 mm (frame) and 15 – 60 mm (casement). This allows the installation of all types of double and triple glazing units, including acoustic or burglary-resistant units available on the market.
Furthermore, MB-86US meets all the energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. Similarly to the MB-86 base system, and depending on thermal insulation requirements, this construction comes in three variants: MB-86US ST, MB-86US SI and MB-86US AERO which use modern insulation inserts made of aerogel.

Top-mounted roller shutters SKT Opoterm
Top-mounted roller shutter system is a product addressed to those who look for functional solutions. SKT OPOTERM-based roller shutters are intended for both newly constructed and refurbished buildings (replacement of windows). This on-window mounted system has its box direct installed on the window frame by means of an appropriate profile. These profiles are compatible with the majority of window and door frame profiles (aluminium, wooden & PVC). Boxes are made of high-quality PVC components and are characterised by an increased thermal insulation. Aluprof’s SKT Opoterm top-mounted roller shutter system has received a thermal transmittance certificate from renowned research centre IFT Rosenheim. The roller-boxes were tested using EPS (Neopor, thermal insulation material) and the tests were based on current standards and calculation methods. The product demonstrated a very good thermal transmittance performance, e.g. SKT 230/170 box with integrated mosquito net obtained a Usb coefficient of 0.73 W / (m²K) while maintaining high operability to shadow larger glazed areas. The system is also available with narrow channels made of extruded aluminium for maxi and mini profiles to allow additional frame insulation to minimize heat loss.
On customers' demand, the top-mounted system SKT Opoterm can be equipped with a mosquito netbuilt-in the roller-box (MOSKITO). This integrated system makes the roller shutter and the mosquito network independently.
Homeowners who want to have their roller shutter as a decorative element, can leave the roller box unintegrated and to make the visible elements colour-match the window frame – this can be done using roller boxes made of extruded aluminium.
For buildings with very thin walls, where the integration is not an option, there is a possibility to use the variant with a rounded, side profile. This is a very aesthetically pleasing solution that will certainly fit into any interior. This is a very common solution in France.
Also, in France, old door opening framing that is a load-bearing element of the building's structure, is preserved during renovation. The box is cut out in the shape of the letter "Z", to fit to all versions of renovation frames available on the market, whose lip size ranges from 25 mm to 110 mm. The OPOTERM RENO version is only available for the system version without a mosquito net.
In addition, SKT OPOTERM can use profiles with polyurethane foam and PVC.

Aluprof’s product library includes fire-rated silicone jointed glazed walls based on MB-78EI system. It allows to produce internal partitions without the visible vertical wall profiles that separate the individual modules of the wall, while preserving its full fire resistance. The joint between the glass panes is only 4 mm and is filled with firestop, intumescent material and non-inflammable silicone. The silicone is available in three colours (black, grey and white). Fire-rated partitions can reach a height of 3.6 m and the width of the modules can reach up to 1.8 m. Fire tests carried out at the Building Research Institute included a model of the partition with the “free edge”, so there is no limit to the maximum length of this type of walls.

Top-mounted roller shutters SKT Opoterm
Top-mounted roller shutter system is a product addressed to those who look for functional solutions. SKT OPOTERM-based roller shutters are intended for both newly constructed and refurbished buildings (replacement of windows). This on-window mounted system has its box direct installed on the window frame by means of an appropriate profile. These profiles are compatible with the majority of window and door frame profiles (aluminium, wooden & PVC). Boxes are made of high-quality PVC components and are characterised by an increased thermal insulation. Aluprof’s SKT Opoterm top-mounted roller shutter system has received a thermal transmittance certificate from renowned research centre IFT Rosenheim. The roller-boxes were tested using EPS (Neopor, thermal insulation material) and the tests were based on current standards and calculation methods. The product demonstrated a very good thermal transmittance performance, e.g. SKT 230/170 box with integrated mosquito net obtained a Usb coefficient of 0.73 W / (m²K) while maintaining high operability to shadow larger glazed areas. The system is also available with narrow channels made of extruded aluminium for maxi and mini profiles to allow additional frame insulation to minimize heat loss.
On customers' demand, the top-mounted system SKT Opoterm can be equipped with a mosquito netbuilt-in the roller-box (MOSKITO). This integrated system makes the roller shutter and the mosquito network independently.
Homeowners who want to have their roller shutter as a decorative element, can leave the roller box unintegrated and to make the visible elements colour-match the window frame – this can be done using roller boxes made of extruded aluminium.

Top-mounted roller shutters SKT Opoterm
Top-mounted roller shutter system is a product addressed to those who look for functional solutions. SKT OPOTERM-based roller shutters are intended for both newly constructed and refurbished buildings (replacement of windows). This on-window mounted system has its box direct installed on the window frame by means of an appropriate profile. These profiles are compatible with the majority of window and door frame profiles (aluminium, wooden & PVC). Boxes are made of high-quality PVC components and are characterised by an increased thermal insulation. Aluprof’s SKT Opoterm top-mounted roller shutter system has received a thermal transmittance certificate from renowned research centre IFT Rosenheim. The roller-boxes were tested using EPS (Neopor, thermal insulation material) and the tests were based on current standards and calculation methods. The product demonstrated a very good thermal transmittance performance, e.g. SKT 230/170 box with integrated mosquito net obtained a Usb coefficient of 0.73 W / (m²K) while maintaining high operability to shadow larger glazed areas. The system is also available with narrow channels made of extruded aluminium for maxi and mini profiles to allow additional frame insulation to minimize heat loss.
On customers' demand, the top-mounted system SKT Opoterm can be equipped with a mosquito netbuilt-in the roller-box (MOSKITO). This integrated system makes the roller shutter and the mosquito network independently.
Homeowners who want to have their roller shutter as a decorative element, can leave the roller box unintegrated and to make the visible elements colour-match the window frame – this can be done using roller boxes made of extruded aluminium.

Window systems with concealed casement MB-86US
MB-86US is intended for producing various types of highly resistant windows, balcony doors, anterooms, shop fronts and spatial structures that have excellent water &air tightness and thermal &noise insulation properties.
A characteristic feature of this structure is its appearance: the profile of the casement is concealed behind the frame profile and the glass surfaces mounted in open and fixed ranges lie in one plane. Thanks to this, openable and fixed lits look the same on the outside.
The structural depth of window profiles is 77 mm (frame) and 80.8 mm (casement). When viewed from the outside, the width of the window frames is small, so that the glazing area and the amount of light entering through them is maximally enlarged, and the construction appears to be slender and lightweight. Glazing thickness options range from 7 – 52 mm (frame) and 15 – 60 mm (casement). This allows the installation of all types of double and triple glazing units, including acoustic or burglary-resistant units available on the market.
Furthermore, MB-86US meets all the energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. Similarly to the MB-86 base system, and depending on thermal insulation requirements, this construction comes in three variants: MB-86US ST, MB-86US SI and MB-86US AERO which use modern insulation inserts made of aerogel.
This system offers a wide range of design possibilities: the maximum size of casements exceeds standard values for this type of construction. Hs max=2.5 m, Ls max=1.6 m. Max. leaf weight = 150 kg.

Top-mounted roller shutters SKT Opoterm
Top-mounted roller shutter system is a product addressed to those who look for functional solutions. SKT OPOTERM-based roller shutters are intended for both newly constructed and refurbished buildings (replacement of windows). This on-window mounted system has its box direct installed on the window frame by means of an appropriate profile. These profiles are compatible with the majority of window and door frame profiles (aluminium, wooden & PVC). Boxes are made of high-quality PVC components and are characterised by an increased thermal insulation. Aluprof’s SKT Opoterm top-mounted roller shutter system has received a thermal transmittance certificate from renowned research centre IFT Rosenheim. The roller-boxes were tested using EPS (Neopor, thermal insulation material) and the tests were based on current standards and calculation methods. The product demonstrated a very good thermal transmittance performance, e.g. SKT 230/170 box with integrated mosquito net obtained a Usb coefficient of 0.73 W / (m²K) while maintaining high operability to shadow larger glazed areas. The system is also available with narrow channels made of extruded aluminium for maxi and mini profiles to allow additional frame insulation to minimize heat loss.
On customers' demand, the top-mounted system SKT Opoterm can be equipped with a mosquito netbuilt-in the roller-box (MOSKITO). This integrated system makes the roller shutter and the mosquito network independently.
Homeowners who want to have their roller shutter as a decorative element, can leave the roller box unintegrated and to make the visible elements colour-match the window frame – this can be done using roller boxes made of extruded aluminium.
For buildings with very thin walls, where the integration is not an option, there is a possibility to use the variant with a rounded, side profile. This is a very aesthetically pleasing solution that will certainly fit into any interior. This is a very common solution in France.
Also, in France, old door opening framing that is a load-bearing element of the building's structure, is preserved during renovation. The box is cut out in the shape of the letter "Z", to fit to all versions of renovation frames available on the market, whose lip size ranges from 25 mm to 110 mm. The OPOTERM RENO version is only available for the system version without a mosquito net.
In addition, SKT OPOTERM can use profiles with polyurethane foam and PVC.
