ALUPROF INTRODUCES THE ROTO NX TO ITS RANGE

Tilt and turn fittings from the Roto NX line are now available from Aluprof. Used for aluminium, wood and PVC windows and doors, they are well-known to manufacturers and easily adopted.

The Roto NX line was created for the economic and customised production of windows and patio or balcony doors. When it comes to aluminium fenestration, the fittings are suitable for systems featuring a 16 mm groove. This means they can be used with a number of ALUPROF profiles, including the MB-45, MB-59S, MB-60, MB-70, MB-79N, MB-86, MB-86N, MB-104 and MB-Slimline, and they are compatible with the different thermal variants of those systems.

Roto NX fittings make it possible to work with sashes, leaves and panels weighing up to 130 kg. At the same time, the compatibility of some of the parts intended for PVC and wooden fenestration simplifies and speeds up installation. The bottom rebate hinge has an integrated bearing bush, which reduces friction and increases durability, while the integrated ventilation, with no additional component, means greater user comfort. The system can also be used for patio or balcony doors with a threshold and the next implementation phase will be developed to include arched and slanted windows.
