ALUPROF has improved its already extensive range of machinery with a new vertical powder coating line for aluminium profiles. The company has opted for the most cutting-edge solution available in this part of Europe.

This October, 2015, ALUPROF launched a new powder coating line for aluminium profiles in the company’s plant in Bielsko–Biała, Poland. The new powder coating paint shop by SAT, with V-type booth, enables the company to coat even 7200 mm large profiles . With its important capacities (1.6 m per minute) the paint shop’s productivity can reach up to 300 m² per hour. – The growth and development of the business goes hand in hand with development of our machine park, enabling us to offer solutions that meet quality and environmental standards, and the expectations of even the most demanding customers – says Tomasz Grela, CEO of ALUPROF S.A.

In recent times, Aluprof has expanded its production and storage facilities in Bielsko-Biala by more than 20 000 sq.m. These new production areas are equipped with high bay racks, the latest forklift trucks and machines for order completion. In both its plants, Aluprof has installed modern powder coating paint shops with highl performance, fully automated lines, equipped with Fast Colour Change Powder Booth Systems and with woodgrain coating line. The enormous production capacity of the Aluprof’s machine park combined with high-quality production reduce time and improve the company’s customer service.

ALUPROF’s management stresses that the solutions used in the paint shop are environmentally friendly. – The ecological awareness of the society grows, and the Polish pay more and more attention to socially responsible companies that care about the environment.
