NEW FROM ALUPROF! THE MB-79N DOOR SYSTEM
We are delighted to announce that we will be introducing our MB-79N door system on 20th April 2021. The MB-79N, an innovative window and door system, is a state-of-the-art addition to the ALUPROF range and our response to the regulations of the WT (Technical Conditions) 2021.
We are expanding our range to include doors designed on the basis of our MB-79N system in order to offer a solution with enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation. The successor to our highly popular MB-70 solution, which is widely used in the construction industry, the MB-79N’s profiles are just 70 millimetres wide. They are designed to allow the surface of the leaf and frame to be flush on both the interior and exterior. The shape of the profiles means that a slender, durable structure can be built without sacrificing the excellent kinematics. A wide selection of profile sections guarantees that the aesthetics and durability required for the structure can be achieved. In addition, the MB-79N makes it possible to produce panel doors, further extending the potential for personalised finishing. MB-79N doors can measure up to 2.8 metres tall and 1.4 metres wide and they can weigh as much as 200 kilos. Even in the case of such a large structure, using the door remains straightforward and trouble-free, since cutting-edge hardware can be used in conjunction with automation and access control with doors produced on the basis of our systems. The ALUPROF MB-79N is available in three variants, which differ in terms of the level of insulation. The MB-79N E is the most economic solution, with a simple, central gasket. The MB-79N ST is fitted with a two-component gasket and the MB-79N SI, which provides the best thermal insulation, features profiles fitted with expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulating inserts and a two-component, central gasket. The thermal breaks in the system are produced using an innovative material with a new shape, making it possible to use an additional gasket in the isolation zone of the SI and SI+ variants, in other words, insulation inserts in the thermal break zone. The value of the U heat-transfer coefficient f ranges from 2.16 W/(m2K) for the ST, from 1.76 W/(m2K) for the SI and from 1.22 W/(m2K) for the SI+.
