Designed by architectural studio Gottesman–Szmelcman Architecture, OVO Wroclaw will soon be put into service. The building’s visionary concept combines several functions in one: up-market apartments, offices, retail outlets, a fitness centre and a five-star hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, with almost 200 luxurious rooms, a restaurant and a casino. The residential part of OVO Wrocław will house 168 apartments, including 26 penthouses on the top floor.

OVO has a unique facade finish, created with Aluprof aluminium systems: MB-SR60 for curtain walls and MB-70HI for windows. The entire, streamlined structure, resembles a drop of water. The systems were chosen by the project architects for their required thermal, static and visual parameters.

The Owner of this futuristic project is Wings Properties Sp. z o.o., which is part of a large development group - Star Group Poland, the creator of The Granary La Suite Hotel in Wrocław.
