Aluprof offers new infills to the MB-86 system-based panelled doors. Customers can now choose among 20 different modern designs. Each is available in full RAL colour chart and woodgrain colours.

Panneled door structure is based on thermally insulated aluminium sections of the energy-efficient system MB-86. This ensures highly performant insulation, with heat transfer coefficient UD amounting to even 0.61 W/m2K. The innovative MB-86 system is available in 4 variants: ST, SI, SI + and Aero, with airgel infills. The manufacturer made sure the doors are tight, this thanks to an appropriate arrangement of seals. The MB-86 doors are certified class 3 air permeable and 6A and C5/B5 in terms of water resistance and resistance to wind loads.

The manufacturer offers three types of infill. Basic doors are available with insert infill, Classic with one-side flushing and Exclusive, where the infill is flushed on both sides. The first two come with a 44mm-thick panel and a UD coefficient of 0.9 W/m2K. The Exclusive variant has a 77 mm-thick panel, so that the heat transfer coefficient amounts there UD = 0.61 W/m2K. All the infills are with triple glazing unit of Ug = 0.7 W/m2K

Customers can choose from a wide range of elegant infills with a variety of glazing and possible applications, and find a door that best suits the appearance of their homes. All panels are covered with abrasion-resistant and weathering paints. The available woodgrain colours allow for accurate representation of the grain of wood. Aluprof’s offering also includes a wide range of stainless steel handles. Aluprof’s doors are available in sizes up to 1,400mm x 2,600mm (width x height). These dimensions are achievable through considerable stiffness and high strength of aluminium profiles.
