The new rebated doors feature a flush surface between the frame and the leaf, without the characteristic widening of the profile depth at the junction of the leaf and the frame. This elegant and minimalist finish ensures a consistent appearance and the highest level of aesthetics in every project.

The new rebated doors are an integral part of the basic MB-45 offer (previously, rebated doors were available in a separate MB-45S catalogue).

The solution includes:

• internal and external door leaves,
• three types of new frames,
• additional profiles (including a profile for changing the opening direction and a kick plate),
• new Wala rebated hinges (2- and 3-leaf).

Faster prefabrication combined with aesthetics

The door design is optimised for quick prefabrication and installation: profiles and grooves allow hinges, catches and bolts to be fixed with a minimum number of machining operations. The system allows the use of glass panes and infill panels of various thicknesses, ensuring design flexibility.
