The MB-SE65 unitized curtain wall is the result of Aluprof’s extensive experience in designing high-rise buildings in the United States, such as The Greenwich (278 meters tall in New York), Brooklyn Navy Yard, LIC Marriott, and Sky View Parc. In Europe, the first projects featuring the MB-SE65 system include Global Office Park in Katowice and Sky Office in Vilnius. This innovative system is designed for lightweight, suspended façades. Its modular construction enables complete prefabrication at the production facility, offering numerous advantages, such as exceptional quality control under optimal conditions. Prefabrication accelerates delivery timelines and eliminates the need for scaffolding during installation.

Diversity, flexibility, and originality—these are the defining features of the MB-SE65 façade system. The external profiles are just 65 mm wide, giving the façade a sleek and lightweight appearance. Architects can choose between traditional glazing with caps or structural glazing, allowing for extensive creative freedom. The system supports a variety of insulating glass units with thermal breaks tailored to specific project requirements. Its modular structure allows for the creation of non-standard segments, including decorative elements such as fins or blades. Double segments can also be seamlessly integrated. The MB-SE65 façade integrates perfectly with standard windows (MB-79N, MB-86N) and façade windows (MB-SR50N OW HI+), further expanding design possibilities.

Air and water tightness of 1,200 Pa, wind resistance of ±2,000 Pa, and thermal insulation Uf of 1.6 W/(m²K) demonstrate that the façade delivers optimal performance under various weather conditions, making it suitable for projects worldwide. Safety tests up to ±3,000 Pa and impact resistance class I5/E5 confirm that this façade is among the best on the market.
Unique on the Market
The MB-SE65 system with photovoltaic panels is the first façade in Poland to meet the requirements of Paragraph 225 of the Technical Conditions. Certified by the Building Research Institute and equipped with panels from the ML System brand, this system ensures that façade cladding elements remain firmly attached to the building structure in the event of a fire. The test was successfully completed after 120 minutes, combining safety, durability, and innovation.
