The new rebated doors feature a flush surface between the frame and the leaf, without the characteristic widening of the profile depth at the junction of the leaf and the frame. This elegant and minimalist finish ensures a consistent appearance and the highest level of aesthetics in every project.

The new rebated doors are an integral part of the basic MB-45 offer (previously, rebated doors were available in a separate MB-45S catalog).

The solution includes:

• internal and external door leaves,
• three types of new frames,
• additional profiles (including a profile for changing the opening direction and a kick plate),
• new Wala rebated hinges (2- and 3-leaf).

Faster prefabrication combined with aesthetics

The door design is optimized for quick prefabrication and installation: profiles and grooves allow hinges, catches, and bolts to be attached with a minimum of machining. The system allows for the use of glass and fillings of various thicknesses, ensuring design flexibility.
