In 1997 Mr Grela graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. In the same year, he started working for Dombud SA in Katowice, a construction company, where he worked until 2001 as a marketing department manager. For the next two years he was a logistics manager and a trade director in Farmacol SA in Katowice. Between November 2002 and July 2006 he worked as a chief operations officer and next was appointed as a member of the management board in Metalplast Bielsko SA Simultaneously, from 2004 Mr Grela was the President of the Management Board of Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o. that he held until December 2008.

Since December 2008 Mr Grela has been the President of the Management Board of Aluprof SA

In 1998 Ms Kosiec received her MSc from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics (formerly Academy of Economics) in Katowice. In the same year she started her traineeship in Zakład Metali Lekkich "Kęty" SA and next was employed as a controlling officer (1998-2001). For the next four years she worked in UNION-VIS Sp. z o.o. and Klinspor Sp. z o.o. as a head of the controlling department. In the years 2008-2009 Ms Kosiec was a head of the finance and controlling department in Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o.

In Aluprof S.A. she assumed the position of the Chief Financial Officer in April 2009. Since February 2011 she has been a member of the Management Board.

In 1988 Ms Wojtasik graduated from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She also completed post-graduate studies in management at the University of Silesia.

Ms Wojtasik started her professional career at Centrala Handlu Zagranicznego CENTROZAP in Katowice where she worked for 8 years. In 1996 Ms Wojtasik started her 12-year long work at Hydro Aluminium Chrzanów, a company owned by Norway's NORSK HYDRO, where since 2004 she was a sales manager. After 2 years of work as a trade director and being a member of the management board at Effector S.A. Ms Wojtasik started her work in Aluprof S.A. where she has been a member of the Management Board since February 2011.
