Roman Przybylski

President of the Management Board

He is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics, majoring in International Management. He has also completed Executive Education programs organized by Cambridge Judge Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He has been professionally associated with the Nowy Styl Capital Group since 2003. In 2006-2009, he served as a member of the management board of Baltic Wood S.A., director of strategy and business development at Nowy Styl, responsible for building foreign sales structures, and managing director of the Nowy Styl brand, responsible for the entire commercial area. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Management Board of Nowy Styl, responsible for all sales, marketing, and product management. Since March 2023, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board of Nowy Styl International.

From January 1, 2024, he was Vice President of the Management Board, Director of Investment and Development at Grupa KĘTY SA. Since May 29, 2025, he has been President of the Management Board. Since 1 February 2026, he has held the position of President of the Management Board at Aluprof.

Tomasz Grela

Management Board Member

In 1997 Mr Grela graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. In the same year, he started working for Dombud SA in Katowice, a construction company, where he worked until 2001 as a marketing department manager. For the next two years he was a logistics manager and a trade director in Farmacol SA in Katowice. Between November 2002 and July 2006 he worked as a Chief Operations Officer and then he was appointed to the position of a Management Board member at Metalplast Bielsko SA Simultaneously, from 2004 Mr Grela was the President of the Management Board of Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o. that he held until December 2008.

Since December 2008 Mr Grela has been the President of the Management Board of Aluprof SA. Since May 2025, he has held the position of Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group.

Jolanta Kosiec

Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer

In 1998 Ms. Kosiec received her M.Sc. from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics (formerly Academy of Economics) in Katowice. In the same year she started her traineeship at the Kęty" SA Light Metal Plant and next was employed in the position of a Controlling Officer (1998-2001). For the next four years she worked for UNION-VIS Sp. z o.o. and Klinspor Sp. z o.o. as the Head of the Controlling Department. In 2008-2009 Ms. Kosiec was the Head of Finance and Controlling Department at Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o.

At Aluprof SA she assumed the position of the Chief Financial Officer in April 2009. Since February 2011 she has been a Management Board member.
