Aluprof opened the Training Centre – Prototype Room

On March 5th, 2010, Aluprof officially opened the TRAINING CENTRE with an area of almost 400 m² in its Bielsko-Biala headquarters. The Centre is fitted with modern equipment for cutting, treatment and thejoining of profiles used in teh production of windows, doors and facades. During the opening ceremony of the prototype room, the profile prefabrication process was presented – from the design using ORGADATA LogiKal software up to the finished product assembly with equipment delivered by ALUMA. The machines supplied to the training centre by ALUMA include:

numerically controlled two-head saw

kneading machine

machining centre

professional lifting and sliding benches for fitting joinery.

In his official speech, the Chairman Tomasz Grela emphasised that the prototype room was Aluprof’s gesture of respect to the cooperating companies. Thanks to this modern equipment, companies can be trained in the field of productive, technical and prefabrication abilities with regard to profiles. Especially for its new customers, Aluprof S.A. offers two days of free training in the company.

In addition, the guests who arrived at the ceremony were presented the Metalplast-Złotów Accredited Measuring and Research Laboratory, which is located on the premises of Aluprof in Bielsko-Biala.
