We are pleased to announce that this 1st July, 2015, Aluprof S.A acquired the right of ownership of SCHELFHAUT NV, a Belgian company headquartered in Dendermonde.

The new company, ALUPROF-SCHELFHAUT NV, with a share capital of EUR 2,500,000.00 will be managed by the current owner, Mr. Herman Schelfhaut. The newly established company aims to develop sales of aluminium systems for the construction industry (this includes mainly window, door, curtain wall, roller shutter and gate systems) in the Benelux and in Northern France. Activities are aimed to implement the Grupa KĘTY Capital Group’s development strategy for 2015-2020: a dynamic development of product sales in European markets.
