MB-SUNSHADES Aluminum shutters system

MB-SUNSHADES is an aluminum system intended for making exterior shutters. These constructions protect rooms from excessive solar radiation, protect windows from outside interference, and their use gives a characteristic appearance to a façade. The 32mm deep structure can be made up of casement, single or double leaf shutters.

The construction part consists of box profiles 70x32mm joined in the corners with the use of system accessories. The durability of the connection is achieved by the use of two-component glue. The structure is filled with diagonally situated lamellas measuring 50x9mm arranged in a constant rhythm - every 45mm. The use of closing slats (top, bottom) in two height variants allows for smooth shaping of the construction's overall dimensions. As an alternative filling, opaque panels in the thickness range from 18 to 24mm are foreseen.

Fixing of the structure to the building is carried out with the use of systemic hinges. The number of hinges, depending on the structure's size, is determined on the basis of catalogue guidelines. Depending on the substrate, the fitting is fixed by screwing or gluing with the use of chemical anchors. This solution allows the sash position to be adjusted in two directions within the range of +/-3mm. The use of system hinges allows the sash to be mounted in or outside the embrasure while maintaining a fixed mounting point. Hinges, whose arm is shaped in the bending process according to the customer's needs, are an add-on item to the offer to this extent.

The shutter leaf is adapted for installation of hardware from various manufacturers, allowing to achieve the desirable effect in both visual and functional terms. The use of additional system reinforcements allows to create structures with non-standard dimensions.

The MB-SUNSHADES system structures can be offered in a wide range of colors, including wood-like colors.
