The top-mounted shutter system is characterized by direct mounting of the shutter box on the window frame using an appropriate adaptive profile. These profiles are compatible with most profiles of window or door frames made of wood, aluminum or PVC commercially available. It is a very universal and versatile product that enables installation without, with partial or complete installation, since the front of the box is also the base for any finishing material (e.g. expanded polystyrene, plaster, clinker, etc.) and consequently it remains an unnoticeable element of the façade.

These boxes are made of superior quality PVC elements and their interior has been additionally insulated, thus enhancing thermal insulation. The well thought-out system design allows to make a single shutter, as well as a set of shutters in one box. A particular advantage of SKT Opoterm system is an option to select the way of inspection from below or from the front of the box even before the final assembly of the overall roller shutter. The system is mounted directly to the window frame using a suitably selected profile. The roller shutter curtain can be made of high-grade aluminum profiles that ensure resistance to abrasion and weathering or of plastic profiles. The system's design enables its integration with an insect screen, which safeguards effective protection against insects. In case of buildings with very thin walls and no option of incorporation, there is a option of applying the so-called rounded side profile. This is a very aesthetic solution that will certainly fit to any interior.
