ALUPROF S.A. will process the personal data you provided pursuant to the Article 6, item 1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation* because the processing “is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps upon the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.
I am aware that providing my personal data is a voluntary contractual condition and that failure to provide it will prevent enrollment for the ALUPROF S.A. training course.
Who will have access to your data and for what purpose?

Your personal data such as your name, surname, e-mail address, company name and address and your phone number that you provided will be used solely for the purposes of your enrollment for the training course organised by ALUPROF S.A.
The personal data you provide will only be disclosed to ALUPROF S.A. personnel members and the third party provider of administration services concerning our website. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities, inasmuch as they are thus empowered by the law in force.
Data processing timeframe
Your personal data will be processed for evidential purposes for a period of one year from the day on which the training course takes place. During that period, they will not be used for marketing purposes and once the period is over, they will be deleted.
What are your rights?
You have the right to require ALUPROF S.A. to provide you with an access to your personal data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, transmit it and obtain copies of it. In order to exercise any or all of these rights, please send the relevant information at aluprof@aluprof.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO). Complaints should be lodged with the PDPO President. To find out more, please check site at https://uodo.gov.pl/en.
