KAIZEN system at Aluprof S.A.

Early in 2009, Aluprof S.A. implemented the KAIZEN management system whose main aim is to continually improve, seek and implement even small improvements in all business areas and each workplace. An integral part of this programme is the Suggestion System whose main task is to increase the involvement of operational staff in the analysis, evaluation and the development of jobs, tasks and processes undertaken by them. Another meeting of the personnel was held, on 15th December 2009, during which a summary of the six-month operation of the programme was made,  examples of the suggestions implemented were given, and the most active persons were distinguished. An additional prize was drawn among the workers who have participated in the programme till now, : A weekend for two in one of the selected hotels.

Congratulations go to all the honoured persons, while other staff members are encouraged to continue their commitment, because it pays as we have seen :)
