Now, the MB-82HS lift-and-slide patio doors are being introduced in a new variant, specifically engineered for projects requiring exceptional watertightness and wind load resistance. Tests performed at the Building Research Institute demonstrate that the MB-82HS High Performance version excels in meeting these demands.

The testing of the MB-82HS High Performance doors, conducted in October 2024, delivered results that surpassed expectations. The doors achieved an impressive watertightness rating of 1800 Pa and a wind load resistance of 2400 Pa. Additionally, the air permeability is rated at the highest Class 4. In practical terms, this means the structure remains airtight even during storms with winds exceeding 190 km/h, coupled with heavy rainfall.
